Site Administrator
Purpose of Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our team.
This is a full-time position based at our project site in Bettyhill.
As a Site Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication between the site team and Head Office, and managing essential site documentation.
The role would be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (can vary)
Requirements (you will have):
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills—confident in interacting with both on-site teams and Head Office.
Ability to multitask and handle a variety of administrative duties.
The Role (requires):
Your day-to-day tasks will vary but will include the following:
- Maintain Staff/Client Sign-In/Out records.
- Handle scanning, filing, and document control (e.g., Goods Received Notes, Plant On/Off Hire Notes).
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist with general queries.
- Take minutes at internal meetings and distribute copies of previous minutes.
- Liaise with Procurement for vehicle services, MOTs, repairs, and driving license checks.
- Maintain vehicle inspection records, report faults, and coordinate weekly vehicle check sheets.
- Oversee fuel card usage and maintain related registers.
- Assist with office stock requisition and ordering.
- Ensure the site team keeps diaries up to date.
- Maintain live site contact registers, IT registers, and update quality registers.
- File and upload quality audit records and drawings.
- Any other ad hoc duties required by site
Preferred Requirements:
- A driving license and access to a car could be advantageous due to the site’s location.
- Experience using Coins and SharePoint
