Sales Administrator
Denchi Group is the UK’s leading supplier of high reliability battery systems and is looking to strengthen its sales team through the appointment of a Sales Administrator. Denchi Power has been designing and manufacturing high reliability batteries from its base in Thurso, Scotland, for over 20 years, and supplies blue chip customers in the defence, security, aerospace, oil and gas and renewables markets.
The Role:
As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for key aspects of customer engagement to enhance customer relationships and provide timely, concise communication. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to develop strategies, manage new and existing customer accounts and drive operational excellence.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for somebody with previous customer service experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Ideally, you will have a good understanding of commercial matters, excellent people and communication skills, as well as the ability to successfully manage challenging situations.

Working hours are Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm, and Friday 8am – 12.30pm. Salary: £25,000pa
