About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful execution of projects. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving innovation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects from start to finish.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
