General Manager – John O’Groats Mill Trust

Salary: £35,000 per annum
The John O’Groats Mill Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable venue management and business specialist to join their emerging team as we look forward to the opening of the mill as a heritage visitor attraction and community venue next year. The General Manager will develop the business in the lead up to, and beyond the opening of the mill, and will manage the venue and staff team once open. We are looking for applicants who have experience of business development, venue and staff management and who can work with the Trust to deliver a timely and professional opening for the new venue and then steer it forward in the coming years. This is a full-time role with a salary of £35,000 per annum. Part time job share arrangements will also be considered.
