The postholder will be required to work alongside the Oral Health and Health Visiting teams in the community, delivering oral health information to parents of young children and supporting families to establish positive oral health habits. Additionally, the postholder will provide administrative support to the Childsmile fluoride varnish team for fluoride varnish sessions in the school and nursery environment. You will also work as an essential part of the oral health team monitoring the Childsmile National Toothbrushing Programme within designated schools and nurseries and delivering oral health talks to children.
You will have the ability to work effectively with people as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You must also be able to work independently carrying out tasks efficiently within a busy environment. The post holder may also be required at times to work from home under the flexible work location policy.
This post is for a term-time contract.
Full current driving licence and use of car for work purposes is essential.
